Welcome to SpeedMeet ApS (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our online platform and marketplace for knowledge sharing meetings (“Service”). By creating an account or using our Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.
2. Use of the Service
When using our Service, you agree to:
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Not harass, abuse, or harm other users.
Not spam, advertise, or engage in unauthorized commercial activity.
Not record or distribute meetings without the prior consent of all participants.
Not use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation.
3. Marketplace Rules
Hosting Meetings: Registered users may create and host meetings. Hosts are responsible for the content, quality, and delivery of their meetings.
Joining Meetings: Participants may join meetings created by other users. Participants are responsible for their own conduct during meetings.
Platform Role: SpeedMeet acts only as an intermediary by facilitating connections and payments between users. We do not control, monitor, or guarantee the content, accuracy, or outcome of meetings.
4. Payments & Refunds
Payments for paid meetings are processed securely through Stripe.
As the platform, we facilitate these transactions and deduct a service fee from each payment.
Refunds: If a participant is entitled to a refund, we will issue it on behalf of the host.If the host has not yet received a payout, the refund will be deducted from the host’s pending earnings.
If the payout has already been made, the host’s account balance will be adjusted accordingly.
We do not store or have access to your full payment details (such as credit card numbers).
5. Intellectual Property
User Content: You retain ownership of the content you create and share on the platform. By posting or hosting meetings, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and make your content available as part of the Service.
Platform Content: All software, branding, trademarks, and design elements of SpeedMeet are owned by us and may not be copied, modified, or used without our prior written consent.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We are not responsible for:The content, quality, or outcome of meetings hosted by users.
Failures or unavailability of third-party services (Zoom, Google Meet, Stripe).
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for use of the Service during the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in advance (for example, via email or within the platform). The updated Terms will take effect from the date indicated.
